Orders are generally processed within 4-8 business days after being placed. Some handmade items may take longer to fullfil as they made to order. During the holiday season, orders may take a bit longer to process. We are a team of two! To ensure arrival by Christmas Day, please place your order by December 13th.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder before emailing us.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges.
